I'm not the one who's behind that. As far as I know, someone made a gamemode for this map and included a intro speech that triggers every time you load into a map. I wasn't involved with the gamemode's creation. In fact, this map works just fine without the gamemode, so I'm not sure why it was made in the first place. So you guys should be taking this to the gamemode's workshop page, since this has nothing to do with the actual map.
