New Stuff..
1)Now every action counts. If you win a battle you will earn the able attacker perk 75% of the times. Also there are public order bonuses as masses always loved winners. On the contrary if you loose you gain a negative perk 95% of the times or you will face the positive trait removal and public order penalties. To compensate 1 loss you will need 2 or 3 times more wins and that is also historical.Generals used to face exile or mandatory suiside if they failed..
2)Varius traits are gained more easily than vanila both positive and negative.
3)Added some extra effects to traits to make them resonable. For example the atheist trait will impose severe penalties to the moral of the troops and bonuses to the enemy, honest trait will reduce corruption, xenophobe will make your nation aggresive towards foreigners and xenophile the opposite.
