Spec abilities
Squaddie:
  • Chemthrower Suppression lets you suppress a single target.
Corporal, sergeant:
  • Blinding Suppression allows suppression to blind targets for 2 turns. (27%?)
  • Fumigate removes physical status effects from targets in a cone, 3 turn cooldown.
  • Hidden Reserves resets cooldowns once a battle.
Lieutenant, captain, major:
  • Fine Control prevents chemthrower attacks from hurting friendlies/helping enemies.
  • Expanded Canister grants 2 extra canister charges.
  • Pressure Blast fires a blast that knocks back enemies in a cone. 3 turn cooldown, requires 2 ammo, ups crit chance and damage by 20%.
  • Medispray heals friendlies in a cone, bonus charges for each carried medkit.
Colonel:
  • (40%) Smells Like Team Spirit lets Fumigate remove mental effects, gives Medispray +1 use.
  • (60%) On The Move grants an additional action, but cuts movement by 6. Gotta go fast!
Brigadier:
  • Last Stand revives you to 1HP if killed, and grants an interrupt action. Once per battle.
