How does Health Swap work?
I've tried to use this a couple of times, both mid-battle to swap my damage to an undamaged enemy and on a friendly pawn just to heal my warlord caster/fighter so that someone less useful was out of commission, but it doesn't seem to work...

For 35% and from the description I thought it would either be an instant heal of all temporary damage, giving that damage to one selected enemy or ally, or a way to transfer permanent injuries to an ally.

Perhaps it's a very slow transfer that takes place over 12 hours or so? It would be a bit worthless then... and it is from near the end, or at the end, of it's respective tree.

Is there something I'm missing?

It has a whitelist, only transfer certain things. Though injuries should be moved.

Is it supposed to be immediate? Is there a limit to how many injuries it swaps? It might be that it's just not working for me for some reason...

Yes and no.
Hmm, fair enough. I'll have to test it a bit more but it does seem like it's not working for whatever reason. Possibly a conflict with some other mod somewhere. Thanks for replying!
I figured out what I was doing wrong. I didn't realise you had to select two targets. I thought the caster was always the one giving the damage to someone else but nope, you can choose two people. Which, honestly, is what the skill description suggests and I feel a bit stupid for messing it up, haha. I can only assume I thought some frame drops were causing the click to not register, meaning I selected the same target twice, causing nothing to happen.
