Chivalry
Available to bellicose and courtly ethos; and cultures with Hereditary Hierarchy, Only the Strong, Chivalry, or Chanson de Geste traditions.

Romantic: 10 attraction opinion, medium romance scheme power
Valiant: 10% monthly prestige, 15% knight effectiveness
Poetic: 10 courtier and guest opinion, 5 court grandeur, 50% court grandeur change, medium learn language scheme power
Gallant: 1 max knight, 0.2 prestige per knight, 0.2 piety per knight
Heroic: 1 diplomacy per prestige level, 1 prowess per prestige level

Devotion
Available to all.

RIghteous: 5% monthly piety per powerful vassal on the council, 5 faith advantage
Venerate: 15% same faith domain tax
Sanctify: -10% church holding and building speed, -10% church holding and building gold cost
Unwavering: -20% holy order cost, 1% monthly piety per knight
Ardent: 1 learning per piety level, 10% same faith levy reinforcement rate

Dominance
Available to bellicose and stoic ethos; and cultures with Ruling Caste, Castle Keepers, Staunch Traditionalists, Recognition of Talent, Swords for Hire, Only the Strong, Eye for an Eye, Martial Admiration, Warrior Culture, Performative Honor, The Right to Prove, Trials by Combat, or By the Sword traditions.

Ruthless: 20% dread gain, 10% pursue efficiency, 10% enemy casualties
Oppressive: 10 natural dread, 10% war income
Dark Rumors: -20% dread decay, 0.1 monthly prestige per dread
Intimidating: -10% MAA maintenance, 10% intimidated vassal levy contribution, 20% cowed vassal levy contribution
Brutal: 1 martial per prestige level, 1 prowess per stress level

Industry
Available to all.

Artisans: 15% domain taxes, -5% build speed and gold cost

Well-Traveled: 30% diplomatic range, 10 different culture opinion
Sea Breezes: -10% stress gain, 10% stress loss, 20% naval speed
Maritime Law: 10% war income, 5 coastal advantage
Bountiful Seas: -20% army maintenance, 20% supply duration, 20% supply capacity

Temptation
Available to all.

Fruitful Labors: 10% fertility, 5 years of fertility
Comforts of Home: 5 court grandeur, 10 spouse opinion, 10% stress loss
Prolific Flirt: medium scheme power to seduction, romance, and elope schemes
Refined Tastes: 10% positive trait inheritance and strengthen chances, -10% negative trait inheritance
Sweet Corruption: 1 intrigue per stress level, 1 max seduction scheme

Tradition
Available to any culture that doesn't have an egalitarian ethos or one of the Culture Blending, Malleable Subjects, Malleable Invaders, Xenophilic, Linguists, Religion Blending, African Tolerance, or Steppe Tolerance traditions.

Enduring: 25% long reign bonus, -10% title creation cost, 10% same faith taxes
Unified Front: 5 natural dread, 5 opinion for dynasty and house members, 10 close family opinion
Customary: 15% monthly piety and prestige
Like-Minded: 5 opinion for same culture and faith, -20% cost for same culture mercenaries and holy orders
Established: 1 diplomacy per piety level, 30 day personal scheme resistance

Witchcraft
Available to dynasty heads with the witch trait or witch secret.

Profane Rites: 10% fertility, 5 life expectancy
Initiation: 1 max convert to witchcraft schemes, medium convert to witchcraft scheme power
Sorcerous Studies: 15% cultural fascination progress, medium learn language scheme power
Otherworldly Aura: 0.1 monthly piety per dread, 5 natural dread
Dark Mysticism: 1 intrigue per piety level

This post if half suggestion and half balance issue. A couple of the finishers for this mod are good to the point of being broken. Specifically, there are a couple that give +1 trait point per level of fame/devotion. That spirals insanely fast, effectively giving the player and any councillor from your dynasty a free +5 in multiple skills. Which is on par with the genius trait (something that can take generations to manage). I might suggest replacing them with a straight +1—still good, but not so good it completely outclasses the vanilla legacies.


Unrelated to that: I might suggest adding a small bit of plague resistance to a couple of these (in particular industry and perhaps devotion) and perhaps a boost to legends spread in influence and chivalry. It would fit thematically and work in some of the new mechanics. I might also swap plague resistance for life expectancy (largely because the game already has some issues with people reaching extreme old age far too easily)

For Chivalry, I might suggest an increase to blademaster and Hastiluder XP as a finisher (likewise with pilgrim XP in devotion), to make houses that specialise in it perform better in tournaments without getting a universal prowess buff.

Thank you for the suggestions! I'm not a particularly active modder at the moment but if I do pick up the game again, I have a rework planned that would particularly address the last traits in the line. And, at that point, I would definitely check for where to add in references to new mechanics -- like plague resistance and tournament xp.

Can you have Seafaring and/or Mercantile unlock with major sea based Decisions. Examples are form the kingdom of mann or secure the Mediterranean? As those are feets of naval prowess from a story perspective?
