From a quick flick though part bug report part suggestion:
Typo: on the apostle description you've put "only one Pontiff can exist at the same time" when i suspect you mean apostle
I acknowledge this is supposed to be a bit of an OTT power mod but:
The Elven Princess is spawning in as a tier 3 Druid with all spells unlocked if this is unintended then bug report, if it's intended then it costs way too little and is a bit OTT even for an OTT mod, shes already pretty powerful and interesting just as a unit, give her a ritual that lets her spawn in more rangers for a few relics and leave it at that.
The death doll from the reincarnate champion same issue, same logic it's powerful enough with its base stats and abilities to be interesting and it's already got a bit of a thematic necromancer vibe from the spawning spirits thing you've given it so it doesn't really need to be a tier 3 ritual caster on top particularly when its cost makes it a mid game unit not a late game one.
If you toned those 2 down a bit the power level I would say might be surprisingly close to on par with the total overall mod line once you add in some more late game features as you've mentioned in the description
Also more of a personal feeling but making the pillbox a large creature (2x2) would probably make it look better
EDIT: Oh, the Elf should be able to summon more of her goons. That's a bug! I'll fix it right now.
Another potential commander could be a robot girl/golem girl bonus points for them having a maid outfit which could have gem and iron costing rituals so you can create an army of loyal automatons perhaps some kind of hybrid between hoburg clockworks and animated armour
For example some more variations of modern equipped soldiers maybe an armoured shorter ranged firearm like a shotgun user or for the elf maybe a chance of getting more magical themed archer which has stuff like entangling arrows etc but you get them in smaller numbers and they are rarer or you can only get them in ancient forests or some kind of druidic elf since they are often depicted as using nature magic.
Though with that said, starting the Outsider with Wizardry 3 feels like overkill. Why not start him with Wizardry 1 and upgrade him when he ascends/the first time he recruits a higher-tier commander as a replacement for the standard ritual mastery system? Likewise, flying is nice but doesn't feel right for early Isekai-kun, and also not really necessary with Fast Travel and abundant scrying. At least to me it'd feel more thematically appropriate for him to start out as a basic dork but then power-level his way to godhood, as is common in the isekai genre. He can have a Warmaiden commander and Battlemaiden starting army, as his first follower takes it upon herself to protect his mostly-useless ass.
