Heya, sorry for looking over this for so long. This is a continued issue that I'm still trying to figure out. After speaking to some dudes that are familiar with this sort of thing, we are thinking this is an issue with the way Rimworld's camera handles modded sprites. We're still trying to figure out a solution to this!

I was wondering if this was going to be addressed. It's only noticed if you use the camera+ mod and get very close so it's really not a big issue.

From what I heard, others get around this by making the muzzle part of the head shape sprite, it make sense too since the genes affecting head shape are about types of jawline

I mean Anthrosonae has some really good head sprites that do this, so it might be worth checking into?

Is this just from it being low resolution?

The "werewolf snoot" from Big and Small Genes also works pretty well, might be good to look into how they're doing it.
