What Skill Is Used For Creating Items In The Forge?

Lets say i want to churn out high quality items or legendary wheelbarrows. Does the forge use the relevant skill? IE: Carpenter for bins, Gem Cutter for Gems? Or is it 1 skill that apples to all items created in the forge?

Forge uses the relevant skills to the best of my knowledge. For example the wood minecart uses carpentry while the metal one metalforge.
