For players who wrap up "who spread rabies", "kmk", "human trafficking" and "vae's chores", but no second act starts, there was a bug that's since been addressed, but it won't help players past that point. For such players, I added a closet to the back of the Blue Bird House, that is opened by a hard to get item whose possession would indicate the party achieved the bugged goal. So, if your campaign is stuck at the end of the first act, try updating and seek out the closet in the Blue Bird House.
