Buildings Ideas
If you have balanced and unique idea for new buidings just write it here. I will apreciate any ideas.

I have always wondered why stellaris enforces hard caps for things like how many mines you can build since quite literally the entire core of the earth is molten metal and one might think in 100 years of time with ftl tech the humanity figured out how to build something to suck up all the goodness from inside.
So maybe consider a core tap building that actually reflects the insane levels of resources right below our very feet.

For context, there are barely even any impurities in the core because silicat (stone) and other impurities are lighter than gold and platin etc. so you wouldnt even have to rafine it really which usually is the part that

Not exactly a new idea for a building, but maybe it would make sense to allow upgrading menu for highest tier of mod buildings into cosmogenesis buildings? They are balanced against each other quite well and make sense.

I'm not sure if I understand correctly, the idea is to allow cosmogenesis buildings on regular planet or regular planet buildings on lathe?

The idea I had was just to add an upgrade flag for:

highest tier of AVB resource building -> lowest tier of cosmo building (can also still be built directly on empty slot). But it's mostly a QoL feature with flavor - upgrade instead of replace. Don't think it's worth doing now though, with 4.0 coming soon with overhaul. Thanks again for the mod.
