Please reports any bugs and crashes here. Fixed bugs will be removed as to not clutter this thread up too much.

If you see
CARD FOR PACK NOT FOUND: anniv5:Vindicate
Exception in thread "LWJGL Application" java.lang.NullPointerException

Scroll up in your log, another exception that happened earlier at start up caused this issue.

Won't be fixed by this mod:

Lazymans kits should probably fix this issue on their side.

Strawberry Spire incompatibility. Removing base game cards is a terrible practice.

Changes in the next release:
New Pack, Insect Glaive by 332, based on the weapon from Monster Hunter. This pack has a new Extract system that randomly enhance cards that you can draft from this pack and focuses on dealing big damage if you've drawn cards recently.

Rimworld:
- Reworked Burning Passion: 2 Cost Rare Skill. Exhaust [your hand](any number of cards). Gain E and draw a card for each card Exhausted. Exhaust.
- Reworked Tainted Weapon: 0 Cost Common Attack. Deal 8(11) damage. Put this card in the enemy if they are not dead.
- Reworked Eat Without Table: 0 Cost Common Skill. Gain 4(6) Block. Gain 3(4) Temp HP. Add a Despair to your hand.
- Reworked Kill Thirst: 1 Cost Uncommon Attack. Deal 8(10) damage. If this card doesn't kill, double its damage and shuffle a Despair into your draw pile.

Witches Strike:
- fix Arcane Orb visual effects causing colors used by potions to become transparent
- fix Space Slip requiring a target
- highlight number in Flow of the Sword power description
- fix Heel Tornado not glowing after two other skills being played

High Energy: Make Investor account amplify costs in its calculation

Oh, that's a bit too much to test. Yeah, sorry, one of your mods has a dynamic patch that breaks the canUse method of Havoc and likely other cards. That's what's causing the crash.

If you want to find the issue I'd recommend disabling half your mods and see if it persists, if it does, repeat. Do that until it works, then solwly re add mods and see when it happens again to narrow down the mod that's at fault.

It's in the opening post, there's 2 mods listed under "Won't be fixed by this mod:" Lazy man's kit and Strawberry Spire.
Although, I haven't seen the specific incompatibility anymore, so I don't know if this is a new issue. Or maybe a different issue altogether, it's become increasingly hard to tell now that most fo the easy bugs have been squashed.

The error here is pretty generic so it's not clear to me what the cause is -- but for something to experiment with, try turning off the Expansion Packs mod (listed as "The Packmaster: Expansion Packs" when you run the game). That might help if the crash is due to not having enough memory or some compatibility issue with the expansion packs mod.

If that fixed it, the issue is most likely that you're running out of memory when you try to load the expansion packs mod. We split it off from the main mod because Packmaster is huge and having all the extra packs meant more people had issues like this. Unfortunately that means there's no easy fix other than working out how you can give the mods the amount of memory they need. Try closing other programs to free up memory or looking for computer settings you can change that might help.

Had an issue where playing Auto Battler from the Oddities pack against the heart did nothing. The card had been working perfectly fine up until that point. Waiting and playing it after the first turn caused it to function normally. There were no log messages beyond the normal ones saying that the power had been applied.

Edit: more specifically, playing the card added the strength and dexterity and the auto battler buff as normal, and I could no longer play cards or end the turn on my own initiative, but it wasn't automatically playing cards or ending the turn on its own so the game just got stuck.

This is an issue with the relic from Downfall, so you should report it to the Downfall team. It looks to me like that relic will crash if you get it on any non-Snecko character. Nothing Packmaster can do about that.

I had a very specific bug with another popular mod (Fabricate) that isnt too intrusive but since this didnt happened before while playing both mods altogether for a long time so i guess its worth to post it here. There seems to be an issue or change about the shop events specifically the way how colorless cards are chosen on the recent update of the packmaster. When playing as packmaster, the shop events completely ignore the custom colorless cards available for the run. This specific bug only started to occur after the recent update of packmaster.

Set up shop locking up the game is some incompatibility with some other mod, the actual screen it uses comes from stslib.

Hmm, that's weird. Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the mod please? And then just clicking through all the skins until Packmistress is selected again.

Hm, unsubscribed started up Spire. Exited out, resubscribed, and started it up again. Still isn't working. Think I see where the probably is at least.

While starting up I'm getting a message about the Skindex and how I "Could not compile the dynamic spriter patch on method renderPlayerImage"

so noticed for some reason with this mod active causes Prismriver to no longer work with custom music. Hoping this can be fixed in one way or the other.

It is intentional yes, it's a safety measure to prevent people from crashing. Removing too many packs will cause that to happen in card rewards/shops/etc if the currently selected packs don't cover all the rarities and card types. If you want to try it, there's an option in the config menu to allow selecting no pack multiple times.

Sounds like a bug, but I can't replicate it. Try clicking through the skins to update the currently selected one and then start a run to see if it works. Do you see the character switch when you have the hats menu open?

The rationale behind that is that you're not really creating a card, you're consuming/transforming the existing one.

On a related note, does Master Reality affect transmuted cards (from the Transmutation pack)?
It's not hidden, the keyword tells you it transforms the card and base game set the precedent that transforming isnt affected by Maser Reality. Transmuted cards are unlikely to be affected by it as well.
