Hi! So I've noticed that even though I have five permits unlocked on my highest ranking pawn, I can only select four of the in the little drop-down menu (when clicking the call aid button in the action bar). I am guessing this is not intended and caused by vanilla being limited to four permits at most?

Has anyone had a similar issue and can help out? Thanks a lot!
