I'm using VFE Empire as well as VFE Tribals, and when starting from a Tribals scenario I find it strange that the Royalty starting quests for the Empire and Deserter factions trigger after the regular delay after the game start. With the Tribals start I'm not even thinking about the Royalty content, it's pure survival. It also makes little sense that the Empire would bestow honor on a literal caveman.

If it's possible, I'd like to see a delay for the start of the Royalty content until the colony has reached Neolithic at the very least.
