that error is caused by another addon overwriting the entity class "ent_gib", which is the class type used by dismembered organ parts.

in this case, it is the mod you mention. the problem is that it uses a fairly generic name "ent_gib" to name the dismembered parts, and it is possible that another developer calls another of its entities in the same way

there are small squared missing textures

I've been testing, but I don't see any missing textures, it could be some conflict you have with another mod.

i uninstalled all my mods, including the gore mod and trheir were still missing textures

nvm i fixed it i needed delete my gmod files

- a purple-colored blood decal shows up with the effect is "BloodImpact" and the only way DG:R can coexist is to disable/change it.
