Are there any fights that you thought were too easy or too hard? Were there some fights that were particularly fun, or others that annoyed you?

With the chapter select option in place, I also want to understand what level people's characters end up at by the end of chapters. If you can, let me know what your "average" level was at the end of a given chapter (bonus points if you let me know if there were any characters that really lagged behind or were above everyone else!).
