Too many factories?

Maybe it's just me but I feel like there are way too many Factories in most states. 10 of everything in Germany for example is just too much. Like what am I supposed to do in the Game, if everything is already prebuild?

Hi, I'm afraid I can't realistically do anything about this. To add just the right amount of buildings for each country would take an impossible amount of effort for a modder to do so it has to be done rough, using templates. This means that there will always be too many or too few buildings for every country.
