Fabric Production
So, the only way to create fabric for clothing seems to be cotton farms. I have encountered extremely high shortages of fabrics because I can't find another way to produce it and the country I'm playing doesn't have the ability to produce cotton. maybe I'm missing something (I'm importing as much as I can) but shouldn't there be another way of fabric production? Wool is a thing and in the basegame ranches produce fabric as well as meat.

Another thing I want to add, fruit plantations. Why are they only available in places where tropical fruits are grown, I can attest that there are apple plantations in Europe and grapes from vineyards are also fruits.
