Mechanics in Detail:
All Features in this mod require unlocking a tier 3 genetic technology. It will only appear as an option if you have some means of producing RegeneX described below. RegeneX can not currently be traded.

Production:
  • Espionage operation on pre-ftl empires. Once completed grants between 15-25 RegeneX per pop depending on how successful the infiltration went. 2 pops are left and the society regressed to the stone age. Requires aggressive pre-ftl policy.
  • Purge policy for harvest pops directly. Each pop gives 10 RegeneX.
  • Death Cult empires have access to a new sacrifice type that gives 15-25 RegeneX per death chronicler and a bonus to happiness. The RegeneX production is randomized but the happiness is based on the vanilla calculation.
  • Finishing Genetic ascension unlocks a special building and refiner job which turns 30 food into 0.5 Regenex per month.
  • Special weapon for the colossus kills all pops on a planet for 15 Regenex each.
Consumption:
  • Empire Edit: Costs 10 RegeneX per leader to enact and lowers all leaders age by 10 years. Has a 5 year cooldown. Cost scales with empire size. Grants a modest boost to leader experience gain and upkeep. Mutagenic empires pay a reduced cost.
