Please put your suggestions here.
I will consider all of them but no guarantee to make it happen, because that will also depend on the workload.

Discussion/Suggestions
The mod is awesome. Vanilla HOI4 naval is not great.

I just wanted to make some suggestions and bring your attention to some stuff. I've done a lot of reading about World War 2 naval stuff.

Some of the major powers (UK, US, Germany, Japan I think) had plans on paper for Super Battleship 2's (Super Yamato Class for example). None were built but they had bigger guns than the regular Super Battleship guns. Super Yamato was supposed to have 51cm guns. Vanilla HOI4 doesn't have this.

Regarding Submarines, Sonar should have surface detection for Submarines. Submarines had Sonar and it helped them find enemy ships.

Submarines should be able to equip Sonar/Radar/Snorkel all at once as they did in real life.

In vanilla HOI4 there is only one level of Cruiser Submarine and it becomes obsolete and pointless. There should be a Cruiser Submarine 2.

I also want to bring your attention to this research thread done by the community to fix the naval OOB and ship templates to be more accurate. It was a lot of work.

https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/wrong-and-missing-ships-guide-to-improve-them.1363273/

These countries should have access to Cruiser Submarines: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cruiser_submarine

Regarding Carriers, Fleet Carriers, Light Carriers and Escort Carriers were all different types of Carriers.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fleet_carrier The normal big expensive fast Carriers.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Escort_carrier Cheap, small, slow.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Light_aircraft_carrier Baby versions of Fleet Carriers, fast enough to keep pace with Fleet Carriers.

Thanks for your feedback.

Regarding the submarine, I agree it's unpolished so far, and the radar or sonar should be available on it. New cruiser submarine could be added, haven't decided yet.

For new hulls, in terms of gameplay it's unnecessary. Late super heavy is already represented by modern heavy hull, which you can have 18in and 30kn at the same time, no need to have one more hull. Check the icons of US and Japan and you will find there are Montana and super Yamato.

As for carriers, different modules placed on it are more than enough to differentiate fleet carrier and light carrier, escort carrier is already a researchable hull.

For naval oob, I have overhauled them with data from navypedia, wikipedia and ultra realistic mod. If you find any missing ship, just Let me know.

Already explained in description. The same reason why you can't play UTTNH with rt56 or other mods changing technology without compatch.

Does this mod do anything about the AI cancelling historical ships under construction at game start? Like this mod does. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2506845603

Requesting a very light submod that includes just the AI naval strategies for compatibility with other mods and vanilla playthroughs.

I don't have time to maintain a new mod, will leave it to the community.

Add more slots to bigger ships, like the super heavy battleship

Super heavy is already close to invincible before 1944 battleship is researched, it needs no buff anymore.

Looks like a waste of space, there is a lot of space in some ships that could be used realistically

Compatibility patch for this mod, please
I have already made a new doctrine tree, it's impossible to be compatible with another.

Bit of a weird one but could be neat to see as it was a historical attempt.
Would it be possible to either make a new module or allow for the current catapult aircraft to be used on destroyers?

This was attempted IRL on a number of Fletcher class destroyers being the USS Halford, USS Pringle and USS Stevens, while it was historically a ineffective method it could be an amusing choice to have destroyers with spotter/ anti sub planes.

I'm admittedly unsure on how it could effect the balance of things but as said would be a amusing option and can allow for some interesting RP designs for various countries.

could the seaplane-hanger add one deck space like converson hanger for battleships, though if this where to be add a nerf for the seaplane-hanger would be in place, like a bigger reliability debuff from 5% to 10% along with the org debuff of the converson hanger, (i would like to clear that im not asking for flight deck cruisers, you may of understood that but i just want t be extra clear)
