Planned features:
Been a hot minute since this page has been touched, so here's a list of a bunch of changes/additions/ideas I got floating around:

-Obviously way more detailing (and with that, hopefully a bit of optimization)

-Two new areas, the Vorbunker (upstairs area) and the garden (extension of the PaP area) with at least 3 more random perk locations and two box locations.

-Wunderfizz Machine (already got it working) with a way to increase perk limit (Not sure how I want to do that. Could be boring and just let you buy perk slots, or have them be earned through simple little challenges, depends on feedback and what I feel is more fun/feasible)

-Maybe new perks (Currently experimenting with Death Perception, might add more that fit well, might remove staminup or keep it for the meme and 'cause I like to keep people on their toes)

-Rebalanced perks (Currently tweaking PhD Slider and Bandolier, and fixing their perk lights, Vigor Rush is also being adjusted to feel stronger)

-Hell's Retriever easter egg, not sure if I want to deal with glorified soul boxes, kinda sick of seeing em if I'm being honest

-Enhanced (perhaps buildable) retextured Wunderwaffe

-Some kind of enemy variety that I can try to balance around a cramped map like this (maybe dogs, brutus, napalms, maybe even a retextured german version of the manglers. I don't know, gotta feel it out, I'll test em out once final layout and geo is all finalized. Until then, sky's the limit!)

-Perhaps the zombie shield, not sure if I want to add one and diminish my adherence to WaW theming, although if I add something like Brutus later down the line, that might go out the window entirely.

-some kind of small easter egg revolving around Hitler's death/portrayal in the movie, with some kind of general reward/new map area unlocked or something cool I can drum up

-Traps. Electric, fire, gas (most historically accurate one is gas).

-Perhaps more zombie traversals to let em outmaneuver players even more because I'm sadistic and maniacal

-Potential rebalancing of the perk randomization, creating "sets" of perks that can spawn, like double tap/vigor rush being random between the two, or bandolier/speed cola, instead of them all being in the same "spawn pool" so to speak. Basically multi-tiered randomization to always get a benefit that's in a relatively similar class but not necessarily the same predictable four perks players tend to always go for. I need to actually figure out how to script that and also how to make it feel comfortable enough so that you don't get shafted with staminup/deadshot/phd/mule kick as your only perks besides jugg and quick revive, but not so reliable as to get something similar to bandolier/speed cola/widow's wine/double tap far too often. Not sure if the fully random is more preferable since Wunderfizz also is random. I might add perk weights to Wunderfizz but it just gets frustrating if you can't get anything you might want in two entirely different ways.

There might be more ideas I have for the map as time goes on, but most of these are from the initial document I wrote up when I started making this little project. I hope to deliver on these plans, (for better or for worse) as it's all a learning experience anyways. If it ends up being fun to play, great! If not, there's always room for improvement. If you read all this, thanks! I put way too much time into typing it out. Hope you're as excited for the map to update as I am to keep working on it!

I'm super excited for the upcoming changes and additions for this map. I hope you stick to the theme of a waw style map (keeping it simple and fun to play) and it would be nice to add custom model zombies or maybe you could just port zombie models from the zombies chronicles dlc remastered waw maps.

btw everything that i read sounds great. Just concerned about the boss zombies like brutus youre thinking of adding because the map layout may be too tight for boss zombies like that

Exactly my concern about Brutus lol, as far as zombie models I also plan on changing em, I have models in mind but I forget which it is lol. I think I'll change the zombie eyes to red as well cause I like mob of the dead lol

Currently a bit under the weather so development is a bit slow but certainly not stopping any time soon

you should also add the MG42 from cod vanguard and pap name should be hitler's buzzsaw. idk if you already have it in the map but if not i think it'd be a fitting gun to add to the mystery box

MG42 is already in the map actually, and its PaP name is the same as it was back in WaW
