Report a translation problem
Tho when I tried to check if it works I had some problems with a few :(
for now I could only do Europe + Levant, Mashriq, Caucasia, Iran and former Mamluk lands but I'd love to expand it in future, is it okay?
Could you tell me what these issues were (mod-related?)? It might help in the future if someone comes across the same issue!
I don't think they were mod-related, just few provinces showed up as "Unreadable String" rather than what I put in " ", do you know what it might be?
Also, I'd love to do as much as possible of the world, but some provinces don't have a translation or are basically miniscule settlements i.e. Uzbek, Nogai... lands
By the way, fantastic job with the province names, I spent good 30 minutes just admiring them 🤣👍
(Minor disclaimer, on province 156 (Temešvár or Timisoara/Temes) i forgot to add " " which I noticed just now)
It's because EU4 unfortunately doesn't support some special characters you included in some names (ř, ž, etc.). I'll have to remove the diacritics from them for now, but I'm working on making a patch for the EU4 font that adds support for those and some others. I'll update the thread to clarify. Thanks!
Alright! Take as much time as you'd like.
For now I only translated Provinces which have historical Kurdish names, in order to expand the translation in the future I need to do some more research on how to phonetically transcribe foreign names to Kurdish or search for more historical names of provinces.
I hope it is to your liking.
I did an update of Czech provinces for you: https://pastebin.com/FUHMU7DF
It's a new pastebin link since I had to make an acc to edit it, i corrected some mistakes and changed some translations i.e. Sültanónü to Eskisehir as the former is a Seljuk term and oftentimes there's basically no direct translation, and added more African provinces (North, Egypt, South) and some in China and Russia
Do you mind if I add you so i can keep you updated? I'd like to do New World in the future aswell as tell you about changes without spamming ur discussion section (Also lmk if there's any problem sometimes finding the translations or localizations can get tiring)
Sure, I will add you on steam and we can find a way to organize better.
You are a legend. Thank you! I have added them to the mod.
Thank you so much. I have added them all! :)

The problem is, being 5 years old, many of the provinces may be innacurate now. I'm currently in the process of revamping all the New World native names as well as finding better English ones. Only 3 regions have been done thus far, that you can see on the file. Once it's done, I'll send you the entire code.
