Money & Buildings

So, I'm several turns in and I have over 300K money, but nothing to build. Playing it on Expert.

I'm playing as a Roman faction and I noticed the price of the units just doubled. I have not noticed this before playing as a Roman faction. Anyone else have this happen to them? I did use a cheat so I'm wondering if that's what triggered it. I will play another faction to see if that happened there as well.

This is intended, to reduce the overall stacks on the campaign map and make battles more meaningful.
