Training a pair of snipers, you can start training them if you have a leadership of 60 or more and a shooting skill of more than 80. Also, the cost of the militia depends on the type of machine gunner, grenade launcher, sniper, etc.
- militia get 1 peak (only copper no silver or gold rank) when they reach elite status
- if loyalty of a city is too low militia quit (and no one want to join them anymore till you get the loyality back to a decent state // for example 40% +)
- militia is formed from the citizen, so if you kill some inhabitans they become hostile to you.
(if u kill sb father or son i dont think they just stand around without doing anything)
- better class system like legion troops. rocketeer (good with heavy weapons) sniper good at aiming, grenadier - good with explosives, slayer - good with melee weapons etc.
(at the moment we have similar classes like our mercs but that doesnt matter at all cause their stats r pretty much the same)

Added it to my backlog but I am not sure if it will be a priority.
There is an option to let militia spawn with the default Famas but it was broken. Today's update will fix it.
With "Overhaul - Tactical Enemy" militia should get even better equipment but I did not try it yet.
I like those ideas. Especially the loyality aspect will be fleshed out in the future. I even was thinking about traitors in the ranks of the militia. I probably will track personal loylity for this. I will add your ideas to a ticket I already created.
Militia perks will definitely be something I want to do in the future.
I am not sure about the classes as I do not have any experience with this aspect of modding. Will ad it to the backlog.
