The Brain Freeze

Status
i say first of all this item should be an edible item for medic because there is not an edible item for medic

Good:
+ can extinguish fires
+ sugar rush get a 25% speed boost
+ can be wrapped then thrown on the ground or at player to heal player
+ when eaten gives medics a 25% chance to get 25% boost on charging uber
and a 10% chance to boost healing by 5%

Bad:
- takes 1 min 30 secs to recharge
- brain freeze happens when you eat another bite of icecream after taking a bite stops
player from moving for 5 secs
- can only take one bite at a time out of 7 bites

In what slot will this item be in,
For scout second, slot for medic ________ slot

waste good melee or syringe gun on a thing like scouts sencondery

then maybe the melee cause why would a medic want to get up close with an enemy

or maybe replacing the syringe gun because i doesnt do much damage

When eated:
Extinguish fires
+ 70% Fire resistance
Afterburn Immunity
- 20 hp
20 sec duration
sandwich recharge time

one primary fire:
+extinguihes fires
+fire immunity for 20 secs
+ sugar rush: +25% speed but 10% increased damage tooken
on secondary fire
+extenguishes fire
+when thrown, 100% to slow an enemy by -25%
+can get regen from ammo pickups
- 25% increased recharge rate

If consumed:
+Extinguishes flames
+Sugar rush speed boost, liked that idea :)

If thrown:
+Slows the target it hits for a short period
+Can extinguish flames on an ally if thrown at them
+If it collides with a surface, it will stick to where it hit and will serve as a small health pickup for either team until it eventually dissapears

I think if it becomes a projectile, that on impact it should cause splats of ice cream to appear on the victims screen, temporarly blinding them. Not fully blinding them, but making it difficult to see.

i still think that i can come up with something you can agree with. Howabout having the brain freeze as a melee then when you need to, you can through it at an enemy or the ground

on consumption
any enemy hit by you will freeze for 2 seconds and will take 25% more damage while frozen
can only use bat
last for 8 seconds

amazing Ideas for the weapon valve should add this for the summer :spycon:
i feel like this should be a consumable that makes Scout immune to Afterburn for a few seconds and give a minor speed boost, however at the end of the time, he has to do a 'Brain Freeze' taunt where he's vulnerable for a second or two.
