Report a translation problem
I confirmed vehicle spawn error while using this mod prior to the most recent update. Vehicle spawns failed in all other map mods, but were fine in vanilla. If vanilla spawns failed then I was unable to replicate that error on my end.
The recently updated version of this mod caused no vehicle spawn issues in my testing.
I used Rosemary, Homepie, Grapeseed, and Snake's maps as a simple test. I used Cheat menu rebirth for easily getting around. During this testing all vehicle spawns were normal.
I suggest trying the following:
1.)Delete this mod from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content
2.)Unsub from steam
3.)Verify Zomboid files
4.)Resub to mod and test
If problem persists please try to provide a copy of your console.txt file from:
C:\Users\*User*\Zomboid

This is the problem you are having right here. I cannot replicate it on my end. Did you try manually deleting this mod to make sure the old file is gone? Also just to be sure you are starting a new game to test correct?
