Trade rivers modifiers (similar to others):
- Vistula River for states of West Prussia, Greater Poland, Masovia and Lesser Poland
- Neman River for East Prussia, Lithuania and Brest
- Western Dvina/Daugava River for Latvia and Orsha
- Pripyat River for Brest, Minsk and Orsha

Also couple for the wines modifiers:
- Add please similar like others for wine regions (same bonus) named "Anjou wine" modifier for Maine-Anjou state
- Burgundy wine modifier for Burgundy state
- Champagne modifier for Champagne state
- Tokaji wine for Central Hungary
- Vinho do Porto for Beira state

Textiles manufacture bonus (10%):
- Industrial City of Lodz modifier for Greater Poland

Coal mines +25% output:

Here are some suggestions for northern South America, wich is very left out in state traits (tbh, mostly the Gran Colombia Area)

• Undeveloped Cerrejon Coalfield/ Developed Cerrejon Coalfield
• Antioquia
• −10% Ranches Throughput (When Undeveloped)
+20.0% Coal Mines building Throughput (When Developed)
• The Cerrejon is the biggest open coal mine in the world - yet it isnt even represented in-game, It would work similar to how the "developed amazon" works, it wouldnt really give any bonuses at the start, but if u develop the state, u would get the bonuses

• Orinoco River
• Bolívar, Guaviare
• +15.0 Infrastructure
• This river was basically the main way of transportation in Venezuela during the 19th century

• Magdalena River
• Antioquia, Cauca, Cundinamarca
• +15.0 Infrastructure
• Basically the equivalent of the Orinoco but in Colombia, it was the main way of transportation during the 19th century

• Magdalena Bay
• Antioquia
• +10.0 Construction Efficiency
+10.0% Fishing Industry Throughput
+2 Port Max Level
• Similar to other bays like the Manila Bay, it is well, that, a bay in Cartagena de Indias, it helped the region to develop since its easier to build stuff because the Andes flatten in that region and served as a natural harbour for the country, wich is also why its the second most important port in South America and the most important in Colombia to this day

• Eje Cafetero
• Antioquia
• +25.0% Coffee Plantation Throughput
• This area alone produces almost as much coffee as all of Brasil, and its where the famous Colombian Coffee comes from

• Valle del Cauca
• Cauca
• +15% Agriculture Throughput
+15% Plantations Throughput
• Its the Valley around the Cauca River, it helped plantations and its where the main fruit and sugar plantations are in Colombia, similar to the "Valle Central" in Chile, wich is already a state trait

Some ideas I have for Peru (North Peru, South Peru and Iquicha but you know, Peru when it forms)

- Rimac River for Lima: +15% Agriculture Throughput, +10% Fishing Industry Throughput and +15.0 Infrastructure (Most important river in Lima since the Spanish era there, used to had fish back in the day and even lobsters)

-Pacific Ocean for Cajamarca, Lima, Ica, Arequipa and Tarapacá: +15 % Fishing Industry Throughput and +2 Port Max Level (These traits should be in all south american states that are in the Pacific Ocean)

-Callao Port for Lima: +10.0% Military Shipyards building Throughput and 10 Naval Base Max Level (In Callao there's the Real Felipe Port, build by the Spanish to fight against pirates and still stands up today)

-Andean Mines for Lima, Cajamarca, and Arequipa: +20.0% Iron Mines building Throughput (Most of the andes have mines. I couldn't find any gold trait in the Vicky website but if there's any, please replace it by the gold one)

-Misti Volcano for Arequipa: +15% Agriculture Throughput, +15% Plantations Throughput and +20.0 Infrastructure (Historic city that is famous for its agriculture surrounding by the volcano already mentioned. Also because of this volcano, there's a special white stone that Spanish used to build with it and most of the architecture still stands today)

The New Zealand states should have ranch throughput. Our climate is great for growing grass, resulting in us having far more sheep than people https://youtu.be/F_g6-4swJ_s?si=fpmBv7l_962YH4d_&t=804

You should propose in the same format as everyone else. This makes my work easier.

Grass Growing Climate for South Island and North Island: +25% ranch throughput
For Australia and New Zealand:
- Murray River: +20.0 Infrastructure (for New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia; it was the main way to transport goods in south-east Australia before the development of railways).
- Barossa Valley: +15% Agriculture throughput (for South Australia, as it is the biggest wine growing region in Australia - that could be better suit for vineyard, but we do not have any modifier for vineyard yet).
- Western Australian Wheatbelt: +15% Agriculture throughput, for Western Australia.
- New Zealand Alps: -5.0% State Construction Efficiency, for South Island (it is harder to develop the region comparing to North Island).

Also, the Murray-Darling basin trait (in the base game) could be added to Victoria as well.

France :
- Minette
- Lorraine
- 376
- +20% ? Iron Mines building throughput
- This place was a very important landmark of the time and is one of the largest iron reserves in the world. So I wonder why the iron in the Basque country has +20% while Lorraine has none ! :D

Prussia :
- Saar Coalfield
- Rhineland
- 876
- +10% Coal Mines building throughput
- This trait is already in Alsace but thing is that the best part of that coal deposit is in the german side of the border (way easier to extract). I can see why it's only on Alsace because it's right on the border but it might be more accurate to put on that side too

Oregon Forestry
-Oregon
+25%? Forestry Throughput
Oregon has the most lumber exports of any state in the US, and more than 50% of the entire state's landmass is forestland, and this is after many measures to regulate forestry in the state. At the least its forestry output should be equal to nearby states like california, and should probably even be a little higher, the state is far outshone in modifiers by its next door neighbors.

Port of Coos Bay
-Oregon
Natural Harbor modifier
Up until the 2000's, the port of Coos Bay was the largest exporter of lumber in the world, and Coos Bay is considered the best natural harbor between San Francisco Bay and the Puget Sound.

Want to role play as Oregon but feels bad when it makes more sense to put industry everywhere but Oregon. Thanks for taking a look at my comment, and thanks for the mod!

The Barrier Island Chain
good explanation here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BubAF7KSs64&t=360s
The Island Chain should give something along the lines of "+ lots of market access if your market is in New England or Dixie and has a port, or has the Mississippi River trait", with the Mississippi River + tributaries giving lots of market access for the same

Also, the Chesapeake Bay should give similar bonuses to the NY and SF harbors

This is too complicated and unbalanced. A simpler solution would be to refer to existing rivers and mountains, but that's a bit too simplistic. Let me think about what to do.
