But an update is coming soonish
* Anti-tariff and Pro-tariff renamed to American Elitist and American Plutocratic. They no longer approve of the trade laws they prefer and instead disapprove the ones they don't (so they are less happy in general). These ideologies also modifies the IGs' preferences with regards to distribution of power. Both disapprove of non-voting forms of distribution of power (this is america), except the USLO is neutral to autocracy, and the US Indies is neutral to plutocracy. LO strongly prefers landed voting while Indies wants wealth voting. They both approve of each other's strongly approved law option however, and are both neutral to census voting and strongly disapprove of universal suffrage cause that is too radical for the rich.
* Made it so the US captial remains DC when the civil war happened.
* When slavery is banned in the US the green Missouri Compromise modifier immediately goes away, as that modifier is what is delaying the civil war from happening this will most likely kick start the civil war early. A slaver agitator will immediately take over the LO when this happens, should the leader die this will happen again every election cycle.
Gave the red compromise modifier a +8 agitator slots submodifier so that the US can get historical Agitators like John Brown.
