Features
Orbital Deposits
All effects scale with orbital ring tier. Scaling is silly for tiers only available with other mods.
I recommend Expanded Starbases for people wanting to play with stage four orbital rings.
Stage five orbital rings can be found in Gauntlet's Orbital Structures although this mod currently does not support their other megastructures.
  • Orbital Infrastructure: +2 districts, +1 building slot.
  • Orbital Housing: -10% housing usage.
  • Nation: +0.5% pop growth from immigration and trade value from living standards per pop.
  • Gestalt: -10% pop upkeep, -10% resettlement cost.
  • Orbital Logistics: -10% building and districts upkeep, +0.5% planetary build speed per pop.
Ruined Orbital Rings
  • Ruined Ring: -2 districts, -1 building slot
  • Derilect Dwellings: +50% amenities useage, +25% pop upkeep
  • Collisional Cascade: -50% colony development speed, -50% planetary build speed
Orbital Decisions
These will require both Anti-Gravity Engineering and Durasteel Infrastructure before you can access them.
  • Skyhook Expansion: +10% districts per orbital ring tier.
  • Optimal Optics: Planetscapers and Mastery of Nature enjoyers can add the perfect organization modifier.
Orbital Edicts
All edicts scale with orbital ring tier. They currently each cost the same as an ambition, however I would like to adjust it to scale per number of rings owned.
  • Impressive Infrastructure: -10% jobs upkeep.
  • Houwboutit Housing: +0.5 pop political power. +5 stability for gestalts.
  • Logical Logistics: -10% amenities usage.
Starbase buildings
I currently only have two of these but am very open to the idea of adding more if they already exist in the base game but can't be built on orbital rings for some reason.
  • Solar Panel Network: Solar panels have been made available for orbital rings, as well as made available to non-gestalt empires. AI weighting has been set to zero (for now) and no vanilla files were changed.
  • Fleet Academy: I'm not convinced this building actually does anything, but people were asking for it, so here it is.
