Compatibility
Compatible with Immortal Empires Expanded. Will not cause errors on The Old World map, but is disabled there, as there are barely any High Elves around.

Works with OvN's Citadel of Dusk, and LCCP's Guardians of Calith.

The Legendary High Elven Characters mod will allow you to play as Tiranoc or Ellyrion in the Phoenix Court, but their effects will not be present. Other High Elf modders are encouraged to reach out if they want to improve compatibility.

Overhauls
Submods for SFO or Radious are recommended but probably not strictly mandatory. A crash or other bug is not likely, but balance (particularly for summoned units) may be incorrect.

Multiplayer
I've done some initial testing and this mod seems to be working in multiplayer without desyncs. Transferring Influence to Grandeur may be risky however.

If you want to play modded factions with a friend, it's best practice to have the multiplayer host be the one who plays the modded faction, to avoid a turn 1 desync. This particular desync has nothing to do with the Phoenix Court; it seems to be an issue with either Mixer or Mixu's Legendary Lords. It is only mentioned here since the Phoenix Court tends to encourage the use of modded factions.

I will put my "comments" question here: If one would confederate early with another HELF faction say with the console, would that cause any issues? Likewise, does "Recruit Defeated Legendary Lords" play nice with this mod?

Recruit Defeated Legendary Lords does risk making your experience less satisfying unless you exercise some discipline. If a Ten Kingdoms faction is wiped out, the Phoenix Court will give you a way to get its Legendary Lord back (if it has one). But Recruit Defeated Legendary Lords will let you do that for free, immediately. So, if you want the full experience, you should probably select the option to kill the fleeing Legendary Lord, and pretend it never happened?

The mod has not been tested much with Recruit Defeated Legendary Lords. If you feel like being the guinea pig we would welcome any reports for how it works with this system. Any problems would be bugs; they are not intrinsically incompatible, and forcing a confederation with another mod should theoretically just make the Thrones less fun, not break the mod.

Hi Alshua, thank you for answering my question. I will report back if anything odd happens, but yes, I think I will decline the legendary lords from that mod and see if the Phoenix Court properly still offers those lords. And again, AMAZING work, love what you have done.

I've not experienced any issue playing with Recruit Defeated Legendary Lords. Granted, I have not yet tried confederating with any of those defeated factions, but everything appears to be working perfectly fine so far.

@dracula flow It doesn't take 10 rocket scientists to figure out this report is invalid and wrong; to avoid that in the future, why don't you be a good sport and include some basic info about what you were trying to do in your game in the future, then people will be able to help you (like "I tried to play IEE with 20 popular mods like Mixu's LLs, Legendary Characters and SFO LITE.... loaded the campaign with faction ....) Mixu is the name of the modder btw., so saying 'Mixu's' without mentioning the name of the Mod (Mixer? Legendary Lords?) makes zero sense.

You do need a submod if you want this to be balanced for Radious. No submod exists yet, but they usually come soon. The mod will probably function with Radious (or SFO), but it may not be balanced correctly. I can't make any guarantees or support if you choose to use this with Radious or SFO before a submod is released.

The mod looks wonderful, well done! Also I use a few High elf related mods, what would your estimation be on compatibility? The mods are Wardens Cage Tweaks, High Elf Units for High Elfs. And 2 of the most popular landmark mods when searching for "landmarks"

This mod does work with MIXER - Mixu's Unlocker. Set MIXER above The Phoenix Court in the load order.

I use the Immortal Landmarks mod and the High Elf Units for High Elfs mod and haven't encountered any issues yet (currently about 20 turns in to an Imrik Campaign full map clear).

Mod is NOT COMPATIBLE with Expanded Electoral Machinations and Intrigue. Tested with Imrik and Nagarythe. The game loads fine, but the icon to select Phoenix Court is gone (it's next to the Sword of Khaine button in the End Turn/Notifications radial menu at the bottom right of the screen.). Other mods that manipulate or change the High Elf Intrigue mechanic may experience similar issues.
