no longer available?
I have subbed and started dragonfall, and it does not download clicking in game buttons only leads to a 404 om harebrained scheme's website so...we cant have this anymore?

That is very strange... It's probably a temporary network glitch somewhere.
If it still gives you trouble tomorrow let me know and I'll look more closely.
(Its currently working fine on my computer, but I can try reinstalling and see what happens)

So....any tips on getting this to download that don't involve uninstalling and waiting for another download/install?

Unfortunately I don't know... Without being able to replicate it...
Just to double check, you are on Dragonfall Directors Cut right? (your profile is private so I can't check)
You could try using the manual download... Its intended for people who use the non-steam version but it will work for anyone... I can scrounge up those instructions for you.

Oh Jeeze... I TOTALLY forgot about this.

These are direct link downloads to this UGC, and the GEEKED prop pack (Art assets required for this to work)

You'll need to manually move the two files to your steam dragonfall file locations.

Typical windows install:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Shadowrun Dragonfall Director's Cut\Dragonfall_Data\StreamingAssets\ContentPacks\

The files DO NOT need to be unpacked. Just drop them in there, and go.

Restart you steam copy of DragonFall Directors Cut... and select the SNES Reboot out of the "NEW" campaign list.

That's all it takes.
