Can't change armor?
Playing the default character, apparently I can't change my armor the slot is locked.

I also notice the shops sell a lot of that are from the dragonfall game, is that normal?

Overall though, this is a really fun bit of nostalgia and I'm enjoying the heck out of it.

Did you choose the default model, or the "Jake" model? Neither of them.should have locked gear ... But the Jake from DMS won't change his physical appearance, regardless of what he's wearing.

As Dave said, you should be able to change your armor. It just won't change the default Jake's appearance.

As for dragonfall items, part of our approach with the reboot is to expand options while still keeping the flavor of the original. So there are a lot more items available.

They do, and when purchased it disappears completely except for in the sell menu

Access a stash point, see if you can change it there.
