Can't find the street doc who removes the cortex bomb?
First of all, let me say that as someeone who replays the SNES version at least once a year, I've been having a blast with this game. Thank you for making this Ledeir.

Anyways, I've Looked all over the place for a couple hours but I can't find the street doc that removes the cortext bomb. Can someone please tell me how to find him? Thanks.

I'm glad you are enjoying it!
Once you are downtown, exit the train station from the exit on the right. Head North! You should find a scene transition. Then head East!

In case anyone else had problems, you need to walk between the buildings in the main square outside the station. The building on the left has Nikon and Sony signs, the building on the right has a purple advert for green tea on it. Head north through that gap and you'll see a transition entitled Cross the street.

Thanks for sharing a detailed explanation @sintax86.
The path is a little hard to see. If you take too long, one of the NPCs will also tell you a general direction to go.
