If you install both Vehicle Framework AND Pocket Dimensions alongside Vehicle Interior Framework in a version that supports both, the Vehicle Framework integration will take priority, as it's deemed to be superior. Therefore you can use Pocket Dimensions alongside RVs if you have Vehicle Framework installed as well!
