Does Mediaval Overhaul and its extensions affect the type of raid?

I just played a game with a lot of mods, the same modpack I usually use, and out of the 6 raids I had, there were only knights or natives? Even though I have many mods that add evolved and armed factions, and almost all of my neighbors were armed factions with whom I was enemies. Thanks in advance!

Without another mod involved you'll still get higher tech raids. You might've already found that out though.
