There are a few spawners that are triggering nothing here they are:

- 1 (this one seems to have 99998 spawns, it is high in the sky dunno what this is. Could be the Warship)
Also you should add a few more treasure coins at the beginning. Total level score is 149540 on Coin Coop could be nice to have it at 150000 score. Or add 3 coins in the wooden crate at the end level door.
A visual bug at the ending where you can see a piece of background can be seen.

Nothing broken here in terms of spawners. However some kamikazes are running to the basement along with some small Anterasian Spiders.
And during the basement segment at the end of the basement when you fight a bunch of Cloned Soldiers player movement is slowed like in the vanilla level.

In the corridor with the first Minigun turret, one of the many Cloned Soldiers may spawn behind a wall making it impossible to kill him.

The ending cutscene starts when you still have enemies to fight. I suggest making the cutscene to trigger when you are in the center where the chopper lands. Because of this little bug I could not determine if the other end spawners work.
