Well, this item is a part of the G I Doe set, which is explicitly military uniform, so the fact that your primary issue with this item is that Heavy's Cap adopts a time-period flag of his nation of origin is largely unhelpful feedback, especially as the fact that this Cap is available to seven other characters with no explicit military background (One of which with a country that has no factual existence, and no, I am not referring to Scotland) doesn't seem to be of any bother to you.

So, unless you have indeed taken my first suggestion & vocalised a request or suggestion for additional styles to the authors beyond your agreement with mine (Which I hope they would consider doing, especially with similar ideas to the aforementioned suggestions, as more options certainly increases value as far as Case Grades are concerned), what more can I suggest for you to do besides simply accepting your personal disagreement with this item's stylistic choices & moving on? (While you indeed can also express it, if you wish to ensure attention isn't drawn to an item, doing no more than leaving a 'No Thanks' vote or no vote at all might be a more effective way of achieving that).

Speaking of moving on, I think it's more than about time I did. I think I've spent too much time partaking in all of this silliness as it is, and I'm sure that there will be yet another item in the Workshop to get some people (Maybe even yourself) unreasonably worked up over arriving soon enough.

Turkey, Greece, Spain and Italy are the areas most likely to experience forest fires, just use one of those for the pyro cap, or search, pyro have a lot of cosmetics, just see if the pyro have for example more british cosmetics and just use that for the cap

Besides, with California (U.S.A) being particularly prone to wildfires itself, one could also suggest using the United States National Flag on Pyro's Cap with that reasoning (Some may find some further relevance in certain historical events worth citing to further compel such a suggestion, regardless of how tasteful you may find them), or just the State's flag like those looking at the Cap's bearing the U.S.A National Flag are often requesting.

Although, considering that 'Benjamoose' (Voice actor for 'Prof. Bigginsize' & 'Prof. Freakinhuge' for ctf_Crasher, 'The Civilian' for Team Fortress 2 Classic & Open Fortress and other community projects) already decided to take Pyro's gentlemanly attire a step further a decade ago, some might be compelled to agree in suggesting an English flag, especially with the nation's well-recorded track record of causing a bit of bother (No need to implicate Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland in such royal shenanigans):

Funny how you link to the Pyroland article in the TF2 wiki as if that is evidence of the flag being justified for looking how it does despite the fact that Pyroland has no flag and the pyroland colors look nothing like the ones on this hat.

It really does appear as if people have:

• Not noticed that the "rainbow" in question only has 4/6 colours that correspond with that of the Pride Rainbow Flag (Unless what looks like Pink is intended to be Violet, so that would be 5/6 if that is indeed the case) and has 6/7 recognised colours of an actual rainbow (Cyan appears to be doing the lifting on behalf of Green)
  
• Forgotten about Pyroland, the Rainblower, the Lollichop or the Balloonicorn
