instructions required for legendary heroes
there are some legendary heroes that i dont know how to get
like the ravenswyrd, when i lose a settlement i get a message that he'll show up in my time of need but he doesnt show up and i dont get a quest to recruit him either
i dont even know if this is a bug

I think he joins you when your legendary lord dies in battle
