Soo as far as i figured it out QTE Happens when you meet required health and your opponent aka "Attacker" for example both values are 50 HP meaning IF you will have health from 50 and below same as "Attacker" there is chance to prox the QTE. Also there is a Option to choose what type of QTE It will be aka you can set it to "Spacebar" spam or Manual "Random Key" QTE it also depends on cooldowns you`ve set and prox chance if its higher than 1 it will occur not often.

Along with that Antlion and Attacker That Uses Shotgun is unescapeable Due to them happening way too fast only escapeable one is Normal Zombie
