I think it wouldn`t hurt to make some mod`s buildings wall-mounted and wall built-in. Like here:

Also - it could be production acceleration buildings. To ballance - they need energy to cooling, as they can`t cool down naturally. Batteries (smaller size, worse space/power efficiency)
