Hello! Just throwing it out there, your mod does not have Anomaly listed as a dependency in the about.xml

You also didn't list Harmony as a dependency. Also get the following error because MeleeDoorDamageFactor is a biotech stat and is missing its mayrequire.
Could not resolve cross-reference: No RimWorld.StatDef named MeleeDoorDamageFactor found to give to RimWorld.StatModifier (null stat)
