Hakassi and Lianna have been made Dreadnought shipyards (will need to be upgraded at the start of each playthrough from the existing capital shipyard)
*Hakassi will start as a capital shipyard that the ai does not upgrade, so for these purposes the Altor can be made on hakassi with a level 3 shipyard, this is only there so the ai can build them
