No bandits since the last update?

Our multiplayer server, with 5 people on for at least 5 hours today haven't seen any bandits since the update today. Anything I can check to see if things are working?

Restarted the server twice, then everything started working, but I have had 6 bandit events in 20 mins. Lol.
