Compatible with betterFps

Has worked without issue for me so far. I use the 1080p preset, which is something like a 65 tile radius. With default settings, Bandits only spawns groups up to 50 tiles away. I figure only the lowest BetterFPS presets would be incompatible.

Yes, at first i used to put the PotatoPC Config, and i think that made the game not spawn bandits, so i changed to the 1080p config and it's working fine here
