spawn icon is talk you where exactly Bandits was spawned. it's just push up notification for player to be known that someone there. If you double click it, THIS push up will closed. But if any other bandits will spawn nearby, you'll see other notification. If you don't see it, that means no one spawns

(that's how i understand that mechanic)
