How to confirm thst the mod is working?
I set the first two clans to start on day 1 with 100.0 chance to spawn per hour.

I'm not seeing anything spawn after the first defender house, even after I kill them all.

After some testing, it looks like when you set a start day to 1, you must wait an entire in game day before they will have a chance to show up.

However, if you set the base chance to 100, they have a chance to start spawning immediately.
