Sometimes fonts are missing, or some UI are not completely changed? or color issues?
Maybe this will fix it and everyone can try this method too if you got same problem,

For this mod SPECIFICALLY for the SCHEME, and PARENT mods, move the files outside of the workshop folder, this allows the mods to load first,

Why? if it is inside the workshop folder, it could be that your l4d2 has not fully loaded the online workshop as a whole. so I highly recommend moving the Scheme, and Parent mods outside the workshop folder.

Battlefield 2042 Theme UI mod almost all the ui .res files are modified, not all but, sometimes some .res files are required to be loaded earlier, even the game must be reloaded so that the mod can be fully executed.

Mod support is not needed to do that, EXCEPT "BF2042 TransitionHighlight - Support" (need restart the game if turn on/off mod)
