The mod is good, I just have one question:

The "strain and stress" modifier (the one that makes people panic) keeps climbing at a base rate of +10/min, even when there are no negative modifiers to the morale and there is no alarm active.
Shouldn't it get lower when the crew is not in a stressful combat situation?

Also, with the mod active you lose the 5% (times the number of upgraded crew) bonus for discipline experienced crew.

Edit: morale difficulty in gameplay options set on "hard"

Yeah the stress is climbing way too fast, let me look in the data sheets and see what happened with the experience crew bonus...

Alright, I've fixed the Combat stress to slowly go away over time. I don't know why the bonus isn't being applied... will have to look into it more.

Hey, just checked the update.

Now stress decreases when out of combat, but the modifiers that shoud increase the rate of stress decrease, like high discipline (50%) and commanding officers (40%), are listed as a negative modifier.
Looks like these modifiers are a flat (-)X% on the stress variation rate so they work correctly to reduce stress increase, but make stress go down very slowly.
In my test, with the two modifiers active, I lost a 1% point in stress in 3 days of navigation.

All right so I'm getting close... I think I may need to adjust the base stress loss value a bit more. Would like to get it somewhere around the player losing 1-2 points of stress per day before any modifiers.
Discipline and commanding officers showing as negative it's probably due to me flipping the base discipline from a positive to a negative so that it decreases over time. As long as it is correctly reducing the stress increase is what's important.

All right I've increased the base Stress Loss from .000001 to .000006, hoping that comes out to around 2% per day

Yes, now the stress decrease is noticeably faster.
Maybe another addition could be a full stress reset after a vacation.

I mean, that's what vacation are for, right? :steamhappy:

Trust me, I wish they had that option in the data sheets, but every option under vacations only resets discipline.

Has the fatigue of officers changed when inspecting ships? I installed the slot expansion mod. The entire load was transferred in more than 24 hours. No one even broke a sweat.
Some mod changes this, but the rest are higher.

Uboat Heraus changes the weight of most items and how quickly that weight can be transferred. Fully stocking up on food ammo and torpedoes now only takes about 2 days.

I haven't touched anything in my mod in regards to the rest and tired values, or item weight or transfer speed.

The only modifier that I messed with was fatigue, but it doesn't have anything to do with how rested your officers are. Fatigue builds up over time and puts a base modifier against your discipline.

What other mods are you running?

For the crew, your mod and UBoat Heraus. It worked fine, maybe something in the latest updates. I'll try to start again. U Boat Heraus above.
Yesterday the officers fell asleep after unloading one food slot. Today I completely unloaded the ship with a bunch of spare parts and nothing.
Mods for additional slots and authentic food should not be affected, I added them today. The rest are the same.
