We had the game's rules out (the main rules, not the scenario/section books) at the end of a scenario. After clicking the button to delete the map and remove it all, the rules were removed. However, they were not re-added back to the book container - it now has 4 books (solo, scenario, section, puzzle) inside instead of 5. How can we recover the rulebook?
