First bug report comes from me

The Cosmic Horrors die on down, in my testing, 100% of the time. I can't even hit them with the Anesthetic from Vanilla Weapons Expanded Non-Lethal, once they're down, they die.

This makes them useless as entities for Research purposes.

The Deep One and Great Deep One don't seem to have skeleton models, so when they become desiccated they just become invisible

I'm not entirely sure why but something somewhere involving this mod makes it to where I can't use RMB, which is a bit of problem.

I'm not sure if this is a bug per say or moreso a consequence of how it was implemented, but the Strange Meat classes of cosmic horrors(at least MiGo, I'm presuming others too) appear to not be usable in meat recipes(and maybe more; I can't find the kind I have in the Bill menu for cooking). That part could make sense-if nothing else, I'd expect to make bespoke kinds of dishes out of horror flesh, but the one that's a bit more debilitating is that it's also not recognized to be added into Hoppers either, which means that it can't be rendered into Nutrient Paste either, as no Pawns will haul it to one.
A cursory google search suggests at least that Jecrell intended to fix this, but evidently never got around to it. So since this is the currently functional fork, I thought it'd be worth at least mentioning this here.
