Game Structure

It's a tower defense game! You must place down towers to kill enemies before they reach the right edge of the map.

They follow a set path, similar to Bloons Tower Defense, and you can place down towers on areas of the map that are not occupied by the path or background objects.

Killing enemies gives you mana, and you can use mana to buy towers and upgrades.

Currently, the game automatically generates 101 waves, and the health and numbers of the enemies gradually increase as you progress. Nothing happens if you reach Wave 101, but who knows, maybe I'll add a reward in a future version :p

Towers

All towers start as an Empty Vessel, and they each start with 2 Attack, 30 Range, and a Fire Rate of 30. These stats can be augmented by purchasing upgrades from the menu on the right side.

In addition, the bottom set of upgrades allows you to slot sigils into your towers. These sigils grant unique abilities to the tower, and these unique abilities can also be augmented by further upgrades from the bottom set.

Here's a list of all 9 Sigils:

Sigil of Lust

"Pleasures of the flesh given a living vessel. It seeks connection with others, fueled by carnal desire and an insatiable need for exotic feelings."

This tower cannot attack. Instead, it grants an attack and fire-rate boost to all towers within its radius, but also decreases range. This bonus stacks poorly with other Lust towers, but it still can make for a powerful boost.

Sigil of Gluttony

"A vacuous maw given life. It has only the desire to consume, to grow, and to thrive, like the most vile of creeping fungus."

This tower slowly gains a damage boost based on the total damage it has dealt to enemies. The damage boost grows slowly, but it can reach dizzying heights with the right support.

Sigil of Pride

"Self-deification given physical form. Basking in the glory of its own existence, it denies His holy kingdom in an attempt to create its own."

This tower gains attack, range, and fire-rate over time. This boost ramps up quickly with upgrades, but it tends to fall off as you reach the later waves, so use it wisely.

Sigil of Envy

"The jealousy that lurks within us all. It lacks any positive qualities, save for its watchful eyes, which scan its neighbors for flaws."

This tower's damage is equal to the average damage of attacking towers surrounding it. However, Lust and Envy towers are counted as having 0 Attack, bringing the average down. In addition, whenever it deals damage to an enemy, the projectile deals a portion of its damage to a nearby enemy!

Sigil of Greed

"The tarry poison which corrupts men's souls. As long as it has sentience, it will strive to amass a horde of riches, at any cost."

This tower grants a small amount of mana whenever it damages an enemy. This mana leech also scales with the tower's attack stat, leading to massive financial gain in the right situation.

Sigil of Wrath

"The inky hatred that boils forth from men's hearts. Cities will burn, empires will fall, and kingdoms will be slaughtered in the name of conquest."

This tower applies a debuff to enemies that shreds armor, reducing the survivability of Shielded and Giant enemies.

Sigil of Sloth

"The creeping sickness of far-off kingdoms. Despite its ailing body, it makes no effort to maintain itself, choosing instead to waste away."

This tower applies a debuff to enemies that deals damage over time. In addition, this damage over time scales with the attack stat of the tower.

Sigil of Ennui

"The unshakable plague of the mind, now given a solemn vessel. It seeks stillness in all things, including its own mind and body."

This tower applies a debuff to enemies that reduces their movement speed.

Sigil of Vainglory

"Overconfidence incarnate. Despite its creation by His holy gifts, it does not see the value of praising others, and brings heaps of praise only to itself."

This tower gains a boost to its attack stat based on the level of your mana bar. You gain a level whenever the visual at the top of the screen fills up all the way.

The enemies are too weak i think, Ive been auto pilot since level 40 since its really cheap to just spam a ton of towers then let your mana bar level up until vainglory starts doing 700 damage
which is more than my wrath tower ive had since the start.
maybe try introducing some boss enemies or decreasing the amount of dmg you get from each mana level
